The Paid Search Strategist is expected to have in-depth understanding of the paid search landscape. They will be responsible for the strategy, creation and execution of client campaigns. A successful Paid Search Strategist has an analytic mind and strong attention to detail. They are highly organized and have excellent time management skills.


  • Develop comprehensive paid search strategies for agency clients across multiple search engines and mediums
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaigns on an ongoing basis, present findings to clients and implement optimizations
  • Prepare timely and accurate performance reports for client facing and internal meetings on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
  • Manage budgets and goals to meet and exceed client expectation
  • Work closely with Client Service Managers and The Paid Media team to communicate progress, performance and opportunities
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and changes
  • Perform other duties, tasks and activities as they arise


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years’ experience in PPC
  • 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing
  • AdWords Certified
  • Data-driven individual with effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present information to small groups
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
