Ad Operations Manager is responsible for the trafficking, set-up and QA of digital media campaigns. This individual collaborates with Sales, Client Services, Affiliate Managers, Engineering, and Product. They are responsible for fulfilling the sale by coordinating requirements, campaign creation in multiple applications, communicating status and ultimately launching a successful campaign to increase revenue for the organization. Ad Ops manager will maximize revenue opportunity for each offer while achieving client goals and promoting longterm client retention, and analyze and resolve issues using knowledge of company’s products, systems, and priorities.
Reports to: Director of Ad Operations
Responsibilities: ? Participate in client discussions by email, over the phone, and/or in person. ? Communicate with Stakeholders by slack, and ticket system ? Set up campaigns and perform technical troubleshooting on campaigns (includes API transfers, redirect links, placing pixels, and client DIDs). ? Act as compliance escalation point for ad content, targeting, and 3rd party tracking approvals. ? Proactively review analytics numbers for proper pacing and discrepancies. ? Collaborate cross functionally to measure KPI’s such as sales revenue, cost per lead, and conversion to develop new implementation on existing campaigns and create positive client experiences. ? Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.
Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Product Engineering or Sales. ? 1+ years’ experience in Tech op and/or Ad Ops at digital media company, advertising agency, or similar ? Excellent written and communication skills ? Detail oriented and organized ? Ability to build relationships, effectively prioritize and navigate difficult client situations ? Work well in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
