DMS is seeking a dynamic Product Leader to drive the vision, execution, and performance of the DMS global product business. The Director of Product Operations is responsible for the systems that drive growth inside of the product division. The Director of Product Operations will manage the front-end design and development resources and consistently streamline the deployment and optimization of the DMS product business.
Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Manage a cross-functional, dynamic team that operates front-end design and development as a shared service across the DMS business
Lead a team that owns all product integrations with large advertisers across Mortgage, Personal Lending, Education, and related performance-based lead generation verticals
Implement processes around reporting and analytics to support a cadence of daily and weekly analysis of all DMS owned and operated sites
Work with product team to increase speed to market by streaming processes across product and technology teams
Track and analyze system performance in order to trouble shoot real-time business performance issues
Develop and Execute QA processes on a global level
Manage and mentor operations and junior product managers with process and systems that create rails for us to run fast while maintaining diligence in execution
Fulfill company-wide requests for implementations, landing page deployments, data analysis and technology needs
Oversee relationships with outsourced partners and manage deployments to ensure 100% compliance through QA and deployment
Must be a self-starter and get the job done
Must be flexible and have the ability to multitask at a high level – no two days are the same
Must Work intelligently and thoughtfully to streamline workflows and think two steps ahead of an ever changing business
5+ years of experience in digital, performance marketing, media, ad operations and/or directly related field
5+ years of experience working with business owners and executive teams
Capacity to capture and evaluate data in order to produce actionable analysis by the product and technology teams
Solid understanding of current paid media and digital marketing industry trends.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to level up communication by building plans and business strategies for executive level execution.
Proficient in agile development process
Experience with October CMS and custom CMS’; Jira, Asana or other software and product development tools; SEMRush, or other spy tools; Upwork, Freelancer, or other freelance services.
Working knowledge of JS and PHP is a bonus
Also a plus:
Experience writing and editing HTML and basic CSS
Experience working with mortgage, personal loans, education, or other vertical specific lead generation businesses.
Working in formalized development sprints
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “requirements.”
Salary: $80k - $120k
