Location: Remote, USA

Reports: SVP, Insurance

You will source, drive, and build relationships with strategic partners across key insurance verticals, and oversee the P&L of these relationships. This responsibility includes the management of an existing portfolio of partners as well as prospecting new partnerships. You will responsible for managing a P&L for this sector and responsible for managing KPI’s to manage traffic volume, revenue, gross profit, and customer relations. The role will have the potential to grow in size and scope – potentially into other areas of the company’s marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and negotiate business deals end-to-end (from due diligence to contract negotiations and post-deal management) with cross-functional input and aligned to business/product strategy
  • Build and maintain deep customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual profit and loss targets, as well as present findings in a meaningful way
  • Oversee and manage daily partnership volume and profit and define a year-over-year growth strategy that aligns with overall company goals
  • Envision new, strategic partnerships that will positively impact the core business, and carry out contact effectively
  • Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Stay current with trends in the space and identify new opportunities
  • Responsible for active business development and new advertiser on-boarding
  • Responsible for optimizing and managing partner quality and volume to maximize advertiser performance
  • Responsible for partnering with account management team to understand the needs of advertisers
  • 3+ years of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re described as analytical and
  • Experience in marketing or selling products or services, SAAS a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or related field preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed
