We are seeking highly motivated and solution-oriented team members dedicated to providing the highest level of support in each customer interaction.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding DMS products and services
  • Interact with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions
  • Provide ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues
  • Log all calls and support requests
  • 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Excellent in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “requirements.”
