Digital Media Solutions is looking for an individual with a creative mind for the consumer, with a high analytical background and ambition to grow. This position plays a significant role in creating demand for convergent solutions and generating leads. The Sr. Digital Strategist will create reporting, data analysis, marketing schedule and insights supporting operations and strategy for 3rd party email. The candidate should think strategically about the data and be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work. Reports to: Sr. Director of Monetization

Responsibilities: This individual will be managing an internal portfolio of monetization assets and will be responsible for the analysis and pairing of asset and distribution to create maximum ROI.

  • Develops the plan for all email marketing campaigns focusing on data segments and delivering against revenue-driven goals including, but not limited to email deliverability, open rates, and CTRs.
  • Make recommendations to continually improve email, display and push performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data and keeping on top of industry trends.
  • Analyzes day to day data on all offers across multiple channels including push, display and email.
  • Analyzes data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, open percentages and other key metrics for email, push, display and other advertising channels.

  • Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, STEM field preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in the digital marketing field
  • 3 years of Display, Push and SMS experience
  • Superior Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
  • SQL experience a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels, departments, and partners.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
  • A strong analytical thinker - this position is strictly focused on ROI and is metrics driven.
  • A great decision maker – compare data from different sources to draw conclusions and take action consistent with the available facts, constraints, and probable consequences
