The Call Center Agent is a professional individual with a persuasive personality. Candidates must be comfortable talking on the phone and confident in directing customer interactions. They will have a strong ability to take initiative, and be excited about making many sales calls per day. This person will generate interest in our products, and close the sale. Also key is the ability to separate themselves from frustrating situations and to guide customers to solutions.
The ideal candidate MUST be comfortable with making a high volume of calls per day, generating interest in our products, and closing the sale. This is a revenue-driven position that offers a base wage + commission in a fast-paced call center environment. - At least 1+ years' proven inside sales experience (Inside sales preferred)
- At least 1+ years' call center experience with a sales, collections, or retention background
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Strong, clear phone voice
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
